Hi Joe,


I went to drop the keylogger off to be posted last Friday and before I left I
tested it. It didn’t work, even thought it was brand new. I had a friend of
mine look at it over the long weekend and he told me that the hard drive is
stuffed. My greatest apologies about this but naturally I don’t want to sell
you broken goods. I am going to deposit the full amount back into your account
today. Would it be okay if you could send me your details.

Terribly sorry about this. If you still want one my best advice is to buy the
same one from www.keyghost.com the same place I purchased mine from.

Hi Stephen.

Did you did know that there is actually no hard drive in the keylogger?  The
data is stored in flash memory.

You listed the item, you really should honour your auction.  I can't help it if
the item didn't fetch as much as you'd hoped.  Have a look at my sales (see my
feedback).  I regularly do $1 no reserve auctions and *always* honour the
amount that I get, regardless of whether it fetches as much as I'd hoped.
